Good4U Cacao Mousse
The idea of avocado chocolate mousse has been popular on the health food scene for a while now. We’ve put together our own mousse to prove it isn’t actually too weird or too healthy be dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 mejdool datespits removed
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 30g raw cacao powder
- 1tsp maca powder
- 3tsp Honey
- 50g Berries
- 1packet Good4U Energise Super Shot
Instructions
- In a food processor combine all ingredients and process until mixture is smooth and creamy, about a minute. Add in more honey to taste if needed. You may need to scrape down the sides of the processor once or twice
- In small glass jars, begin layering berries, cacao mousse, and Good4U Energise Super Shot on top of each other. Keep layering until both mixtures are used up – or your jars are full! Top with fresh berries and a sprinkle Good4U Energise Super Shot!
- Eat straight away or let jars chill in the refrigerator, where mousse will thicken slightly. Refrigerated jars are best kept for 1-2 days. Enjoy!
