- 10-12 Large King PrawnsCooked
- 1.5 Romaine Lettice HeartsTorn into chunks
- 6 Pickled Baby Beetroot
- 1medium AvocadosCut into large slices
- 150g Tenderstem Broccoli
- 4Tbsp Red Pepper Salad Dressing(Sweet chilli is great too)
- 2Handfuls Good4U Super Sprout Mix Salad Topper

- This one is really simple! Just wash and chop all of your ingredients, layer them in a bowl, add your favourite dressing and enjoy!
