  1. Add the coconut flour, almond milk, baking powder, protein powder & egg into a blender & mix
  2. Place coconut oil into a pan and bring to a medium heat
  3. Pour pancake mix from the blender into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
  4. Remove pancakes from the heat and top with mixed berries and nuts.
