Ingredients

Chickpeas
drained, rinsed and patted dry

Sunflower Seed Butter
(peanut butter or almond butter works too)

Maple Syrup

We used 70% dark chocolate

Vegan Dark Chocolate & Raspberries to decorate the top
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 180°C
Blend the chickpeas, seed/nut butter and maple syrup together and add the salt and baking powder and blend until smooth
Once smooth stir in the chocolate chips, raspberries and Good4U Super Seed Sprinkles
Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tin and smooth out the top as much as possible
Place in the oven and bake for approx. 45 minutes
Remove from the oven and place on a baking tray
Drizzle the top with extra melted dark chocolate, raspberries and Good4U Super Seed Sprinkles and leave to cool
