Our team of Good4U nutrition professionals are highly qualified and dedicated to the design of personalised programs to suit your specific needs and goals.
Emma Brennan is a qualified Nutritionist and is a registered member of the Association for Nutrition (AFN). Emma attained her qualification in Human Nutrition from Ulster University, Coleraine. Emma has a passion for all things nutrition and health related and her mission is to educate the public about their health and wellbeing through her blogs, videos and nutrition tips online and through the Good4U Nutrition Service provided to schools, sports clubs and businesses.
Michelle Butler is a CORU registered dietitian and is a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI). She attained her qualifications from Kings College London and prior to this she completed a BSc Hons in Human Nutrition at the University of Ulster, where she contributed to published research on the effects of Watercress on Colorectal Cancer.
In 2009 she was awarded the prestigious ‘Mary Breslin Award’ for Highest Achiever on completion of a Diploma in Business Management from Smurfit Business School, Dublin. Michelle has gained a wealth of experience in industry and healthcare in both the private and public sector, managing a clinic in Harley street London as well as consulting in NHS GP nutrition clinic specialising in weight management, digestive disorders, nutrition support, exclusion diets and diabetes. In recent years she has developed a keen interest in improving workforce welfare and spent 2 years working as Googles EMEA onsite dietitian. Her mission is to enable people of all ages to live healthier lives, by providing simple; no nonsense nutrition tips.
