50gmDried Apricotschopped
375mlApple Juiceor Apple & Mango Juice
1Applepeeled
1handful ofFresh Fruitssuch as strawberries, kiwi, grapes etc.
Instructions
  1. Soak the oats and wheatgerm together with the chopped dried apricots and raisins in the juice overnight or for at least 30 minutes
  2. Stir in the grated apple and fruit of your choice
  3. Sprinkle with Good4U Orange Super Seeds
  4. Mix Bircher Muesli with the natural yoghurt for a healthy start to your day!
