Vegan Raspberry & Chocolate Blondies

Ingredients
2tinsChickpeasdrained, rinsed and patted dry
400gSunflower Seed Butter(peanut butter or almond butter works too)
1pinchSalt
60gVegan Dark Chocolate ChipsWe used 70% dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C
  2. Blend the chickpeas, seed/nut butter and maple syrup together and add the salt and baking powder and blend until smooth
  3. Once smooth stir in the chocolate chips, raspberries and Good4U Super Seed Sprinkles
  4. Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tin and smooth out the top as much as possible
  5. Place in the oven and bake for approx. 45 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and place on a baking tray
  7. Drizzle the top with extra melted dark chocolate, raspberries and Good4U Super Seed Sprinkles and leave to cool
  8. Enjoy 🙂
