Blackberry Frangine Tartlets

        Ingredients    
                
        Instructions    
                - Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Gas mark 4)
 - Grease tartlet moulds well
 - In a bowl add the dry ingredients and mix
 - Add the melted butter and eggs and mix well
 - 3/4 fill the tartlet moulds with the frangipane mix. Place 2 blackberries and 1/3 teaspoon of jam on top. Don’t use too much jam or blackberries or it will sink to the bottom
 - Cover the Blackberries with more of the frangipane mix
 - Sprinkle generously with Coconut Super Seeds, Orange Super Seeds or Super Seed Sprinkles
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes

                Leave to stand for a further 5 minutes before serving.
