Instructions
  1. Roast the asparagus, peppers and chorizo in the oven for 20 mins - allow to cool
  2. Place the mixed leaves, asparagus, peppers and chorizo into a large salad bowl and toss
  3. Add the Lentil Sprout Mix and Omega Super Seeds
  4. Sprinkle with Super Sprouts and drizzle with olive oil
  5. Enjoy!
