        The perfect belly warmer on a cold winters morning, developed by our in house Nutritionist, Sarah-Jayne.

        Ingredients    
                Cinnamon to serve
        Instructions    
                - Put the oats in a saucepan and pour in the milk or water
 - Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan
 - If using a microwave, mix the oats and milk/ water in a large microwave proof bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through
 - To serve, pour into a bowl, add the Apple and Cinnamon Super Seed Snack, stewed apple and cinnamon
