Instructions
- Place the Oats in a blender until they are a flour-like consistency
- Add the bananas, eggs, baking powder & cinnamon and blend until smooth
- Mix in almond milk until the mixture is the pancake batter-like consistency & allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
- Add one large tablespoon of mixture to the pan for each pancake
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
