- Place the oats and milk in a pot and cook at a low simmer, over a low heat for 10 minutes
- At the same time add a handful of cranberries (or berries of your choice), honey, cinnamon and water to a second pot and simmer until soft
- When the porridge and fruits are cooked, place in a bowl and sprinkle with Omega Super Seeds and cinnamon to taste
