Ingredients: Super Sprouts; 2 slices of Wholemeal spelt; 1/2 Red Pepper (Sliced); 1 cup Butternut Squash (Chopped); 1 tsp Spices (Cumin, paprika, salt & pepper); 1 handful of Salad leaves; Hummus

Ingredients

Good4U Super Sprouts

2slices ofWholemeal Spelt

1/2Red PepperSliced

1cupButternut SquashChopped

1tspSpicesCumin, paprika, salt & pepper

1handful ofSalad Leaves

Hummus

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C
Toss chopped veg in spices and a little sunflower oil. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked
Toast the bread and spoon on the hummus Top with the roasted veg, salad greens and Super Sprouts
