Asian Chicken Noodle Broth

Instructions
- Place the chicken carcass, 2 carrots (cut into chunks) and chopped leek in a large pot and fill with water. Leave to cook for 10-15 minutes
- In a separate pot, cook noodles. Once done, drizzle with sesame oil
- Remove the chicken from the broth, shred and allow to cool. Finely chop some mushrooms, radish, red peppers. Add these to the broth along with 1 thinly sliced carrot and continue to cook. Add the chopped Pak Choi in the last minute as it requires very little time to cook
- To serve, place noodles in a dish and cover with the broth. To finish, garnish with Super Sprouts & Lentil Sprout Mix
