- Heat oven to 160 degrees. Grease and line the baking tin with parchment paper
- Mix the wholemeal flour, self raising flour, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl
- Add in the honey, eggs and yoghurt and mix thoroughly
- Add in 3/4 of the seed mix and scrape gently into baking tin
- Sprinkle the remaining seeds onto the top of the loaf
- Bake for 70-80 mins or until a skewer comes out clean when placed into the baked bread
- Remove from tin and place on wire rack to cool
