Coconut & Pumpkin Seed Bread

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 160 degrees. Grease and line the baking tin with parchment paper
  2. Mix the wholemeal flour, self raising flour, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl
  3. Add in the honey, eggs and yoghurt and mix thoroughly
  4. Add in 3/4 of the seed mix and scrape gently into baking tin
  5. Sprinkle the remaining seeds onto the top of the loaf
  6. Bake for 70-80 mins or until a skewer comes out clean when placed into the baked bread
  7. Remove from tin and place on wire rack to cool
  8. Enjoy!
