                - Add the coconut flour, almond milk, baking powder, protein powder & egg into a blender & mix
 - Place coconut oil into a pan and bring to a medium heat
 - Pour pancake mix from the blender into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
 - Remove pancakes from the heat and top with mixed berries and nuts.
