Roasted Brussel Sprouts
These sprouts are simple but oh so flavorful. Roasting them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and tossing with some dried cranberries & seeds at the end allows each ingredient to shine.

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Roasted in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Stir and roast for another 20 - 25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts start to brown.
- Remove from oven, toss with cranberries & Super Seed Sprinkles.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
