Roasted Brussel Sprouts
These sprouts are simple but oh so flavorful. Roasting them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and tossing with some dried cranberries & seeds at the end allows each ingredient to shine.

Cook Time45 Minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt and pepper.
  3. Roasted in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Stir and roast for another 20 - 25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts start to brown.
  4. Remove from oven, toss with cranberries & Super Seed Sprinkles.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
